Cancellation Policy

Last updated: October 2026 · Transparent terms governing account closure, subscription cancellation, and data retention.

1. Self-Service Subscription Cancellation

Customers on monthly or annual SaaS tiers can cancel their subscription at any time:

• Online via Account Settings: Navigate to Settings → Billing & Subscription and click Cancel Subscription.
• Via Email Support: Email billing@qodexquantum.app with your registered work email and account ID.

2. Effective Date of Cancellation

Upon submitting a cancellation request, your plan remains fully functional until the conclusion of your current prepaid billing cycle (whether monthly or annual). No additional recurring charges will be processed against your payment method following the expiration of the current cycle.

3. Trial Period Cancellations

If you are enrolled in a 14-day evaluation or trial tier, you may cancel at any point prior to the 14th day to prevent automatic conversion into a paid commercial subscription. No charges will be levied if cancelled during the active trial window.

4. Data Retention & CAD Sanitization

We respect your organization’s intellectual property. When an account is terminated:

• 30-Day Export Window: Your CAD models (.STEP, .IGES), mesh outputs, surrogate weights, and simulation logs remain available for export for 30 days following account termination.
• Permanent Cryptographic Purge: After 30 days, all customer geometry files, CFD/FEA tensor outputs, and isolated cluster tenant spaces are permanently erased following NIST SP 800-88 cryptographic sanitization standards.
• Immediate Deletion Request: If your corporate compliance requires immediate data destruction upon cancellation, you may request an expedited purge by contacting security@qodexquantum.app.

5. Enterprise Pilot & Custom Cluster Contracts

Dedicated enterprise infrastructure deployments and custom multi-GPU pilot programs are governed by the termination clauses outlined in your Master Services Agreement (MSA). Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice in accordance with contract provisions.
