Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026 · Effective for all QodeX Quantum platforms, APIs, and cloud services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum necessary information to provide, maintain, and secure our simulation engine services:

• Account & Contact Data: When registering for an enterprise license or trial, we collect your name, work email address, organization name, and primary engineering domain.
• Simulation Telemetry: Anonymized runtime metrics such as GPU compute hours consumed, solver convergence status, and API response latencies to ensure cluster SLA and performance.
• Authentication Data: Secure OAuth tokens when signing in through Single Sign-On (Google Workspace, GitHub Enterprise, or SAML/Okta). We do not store raw third-party passwords.

2. Customer CAD & Mesh Data Isolation

Your CAD files (STEP, IGES, STL), finite element meshes, and CFD boundary condition files remain your exclusive intellectual property.

Customer simulation models and geometry data are processed exclusively inside isolated compute containers. We do not use your private geometries or proprietary solver results to train public base foundation models without explicit mutual contractual consent.

3. Security & Encryption Standards

All data in transit is protected using TLS 1.3 encryption. Simulation datasets and model weights stored in cloud scratch volumes are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Access to our NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD infrastructure is guarded by strict zero-trust role-based access controls (RBAC) and audited under SOC2 Type II compliance frameworks.

4. Third-Party Infrastructure Providers

We partner with trusted cloud and GPU infrastructure providers to deliver our compute capabilities:

• Hosting & Edge Delivery: Cloudflare Pages for DDoS mitigation and DNS routing.
• GPU Acceleration: Dedicated NVIDIA DGX and Hopper H100 cloud cluster nodes operated in high-security datacenters.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We do not use advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or third-party behavioral profiling cookies on this website. Local storage is strictly utilized for user interface preferences (such as your chosen Light/Dark theme setting and authenticated session tokens).

6. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

You have the right at any time to request complete deletion of your account, contact records, and stored simulation caches. Upon receiving a written request, all associated customer records are permanently expunged from active cluster volumes within 30 days.
