Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026 · Please read these terms carefully before accessing QodeX Quantum platform services.
Agreement Overview: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or your organization) and QodeX Quantum Inc., governing your access to and usage of our neural physics surrogate engines, GPU clusters, and optimization toolsets.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, accessing qodexquantum.app, or utilizing any of our APIs, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an enterprise or engineering entity, you represent that you possess the requisite authority to bind that entity.
2. Description of Simulation Services
QodeX Quantum provides GPU-accelerated computational engineering software, including physics-informed neural operator surrogates (AeroFlow AI, ThermoCore, QuantumOptima, StressMatrix, etc.) and distributed GPU cluster scheduling.
Surrogate models provide rapid, high-confidence approximations intended to accelerate design space exploration. While our models correlate at >0.998 R² against baseline solvers (OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent), critical production designs should follow standard verification and automated validation passes prior to final manufacturing release.
3. User Accounts & Cluster Access
To access our compute services, you must register for an enterprise account or free pilot license. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete corporate registration details.
- Maintain the confidentiality of master access keys, API tokens, and credentials.
- Promptly notify QodeX Quantum of any unauthorized cluster usage or security breach.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
- Your Proprietary IP: You retain 100% full ownership, rights, and title to all CAD files, meshing geometry, boundary condition parameters, and simulation output datasets created using our software.
- QodeX Quantum Platform IP: The software, architecture, neural network architectures, pre-trained base surrogates, algorithms, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of QodeX Quantum Inc.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our GPU compute infrastructure for:
- Cryptocurrency mining or non-physics computational abuse.
- Attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract proprietary model weights from our hosted inference endpoints.
- Violating applicable export control regulations or international sanctions.
6. 14-Day Enterprise Trial License
Trial licenses provide access to 50 complimentary GPU compute hours solely for evaluation and benchmark testing purposes. QodeX Quantum reserves the right to terminate or throttle trial clusters in cases of service abuse or abnormal non-engineering workloads.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QodeX Quantum Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of engineering design decisions made using surrogate predictions. Our total liability for any claim shall be capped at the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the incident.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or state/federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
